Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Magic Story Code sells personalized digital products (PDF files, personalized music, and Hub access) that are custom-generated for each customer. Because each story, song, and Hub is uniquely created using your child's name, photo, and chosen story elements, all purchases — including the single book, the monthly Subscription, and the Extra Book pack — are final once any content has been generated within that purchase or cycle, regardless of how much of the included content was actually used.

2. Subscription-Specific Terms

The Subscription is billed as a single monthly payment, not an automatic recurring charge — see Terms of Use, Section 3. Because payment authorizes the full month's content package upfront, the $17 payment is non-refundable once the cycle has started, even if fewer than 4 books are created during that 30-day period. The Extra Book ($15) follows the same non-refundable policy as the single book once generated.

3. When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• The PDF was never delivered to your email within 30 minutes of payment.
• A technical error on our end resulted in a corrupt, blank, or unreadable PDF file.
• You were charged but no order was created in our system.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated story content or writing style.
• The avatar not being an exact likeness of the child.
• Incorrect information entered by the customer during the order process.
• Email delivery issues caused by spam filters or incorrect email addresses provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@magicstorycode.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
