1. Digital Product Policy
Magic Story Code sells personalized digital products (PDF files) that are custom-generated for each customer. Because each story is uniquely created using your child's name, photo, and chosen story elements, all sales are final once the PDF has been generated and delivered.
2. When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- The PDF was never delivered to your email within 30 minutes of payment.
- A technical error on our end resulted in a corrupt, blank, or unreadable PDF file.
- You were charged but no order was created in our system.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated story content or writing style.
- The avatar not being an exact likeness of the child.
- Incorrect information entered by the customer during the order process.
- Email delivery issues caused by spam filters or incorrect email addresses provided.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@magicstorycode.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
