1. The Service
Magic Story Code (magicstorycode.com) generates personalized children's stories in PDF format using artificial intelligence, based on information provided by the customer. The service is operated by TRHIN Marketing e Negócios Ltda.
2. User Requirements
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are a parent or legal guardian of the child for whom the story is being created. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
3. Delivery
The personalized PDF story will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery may take up to 30 minutes during high-demand periods. If you do not receive your story within 30 minutes, contact us at contact@magicstorycode.com.
4. Permitted Use
The PDF story is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print and share it within your family. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Avatar and Photo
By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and consent to its processing for avatar generation purposes. The photo is transmitted securely to our image generation provider (fal.ai) and is not stored permanently or used for any other purpose. The generated avatar is an artistic, AI-created illustration and may not be an exact likeness.
6. AI-Generated Content
Stories are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude API by Anthropic) based on your inputs and the Magic Code you selected. While we apply content filters to ensure age-appropriate material, we cannot guarantee that every output will perfectly match your expectations. Contact us if you have concerns about the content of your story.
7. Limitation of Liability
Magic Story Code is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the service operator is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Parnaíba, Piauí, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
